Create a new freight shipping account

To ensure you receive important notification emails, please add noreply@fedexfreight.com and updates@message.fedexfreight.com to your contact list.

If you are creating your Online Profile and do not already have a FedEx Freight Shipping Account, you can request one as part of the setup process. Begin with Step 1 below.

If you have already completed your Online Profile or are accessing the account request directly from fedexfreight.com, begin with Step 2.

Enter your account details and select the appropriate account type (Bill-to or Shipper).
